These terms describe the basic working process with HELVETIA Translation Agency when estimating, agreeing and delivering translation projects.
Project estimation
Cost and timing are calculated after reviewing scope, language pair, file formats, layout requirements, glossary requirements and deadline.
Work delivery
Translation is performed by specialized professionals with editorial review, terminology control and an agreed workflow.
Formats and delivery
Materials may be delivered in Word, Excel, PDF, CAD, InDesign, Illustrator and other agreed formats. Final delivery follows the format specified in the project brief.
Responsibilities
The client provides source materials, requirements and reference information. HELVETIA delivers the agreed scope, quality control and confidentiality for submitted documents.
